2025 Annual Meeting

Date: Saturday, July 12th, 2025
Registration begins: 8:30 a.m.
Meeting Begins: 10:00 a.m.

Join us for Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee in the morning. There will be a kid's area with face painting, RoboRams robotics demonstrations, a "Meet a Lineman" station, a photo op station, CONNECT 4, Child ID kits, and more!

The meeting starts at 10:00 a.m. If you are registered before 10:00 a.m., you will receive a $15 bill credit on your August 2025 bill!
After the meeting, we will be serving lunch and our famous lemon shakeups!

Director elections take place at the Annual Meeting held in July. TCEC's Bylaws govern the election process. You can read more about your directors and how to run for the board here.

ANNUAL MEETING 10:00 a.m.
On Saturday, July 12th, 2025 TCEC members will exercise the Cooperative's democratic process as they elect candidates to the Board of Directors, receive reports on TCEC's accomplishments and end-of-year financial status, and learn about TCEC's plans to continue providing reliable and affordable electricity. We can't wait to see you there!
